The LC 1370 2N RT is an Italian-made calibrating-sanding machine for woodworking and furniture production lines that need consistent thickness and a clean surface finish. It combines two sanding belts, a steel roller with a combined roller/pad unit, so one machine can handle calibration and finishing of solid wood, veneered and lacquered panels. Two-Belt Versatility

A roller belt and a combined roller/pad belt process solid wood, veneer and lacquered surfaces on one machine, so you can calibrate and finish in a single pass.

Accurate Thickness Control

An electronic digital readout and automatic table positioning with a micrometric comparator let operators set thickness exactly and repeat it from batch to batch.

Even Finish on Uneven Panels

The segmented pad adapts to panels of different thickness, including concave and convex shapes, for a uniform surface. The helicoidal steel roller handles resinous or knotty woods.

Smooth, Stable Feeding

Four-piston table lifting, a ribbed steel conveyor table with a ground belt surface, and rubber-coated pressure rollers keep workpieces positioned and moving steadily.

Safe, Clean Operation

A 2-second belt fast-stop brake, a safety bar, CE compliance, an oscillating belt-cleaning blower and 3 dust extraction hoods (Ø160 mm) protect operators and keep the workspace clean.
