The MK550 Edge Banding Machine with Pre-Milling applies finished edging to panel components in a single continuous pass. It is built for furniture manufacturers, joinery workshops and panel processing facilities that need consistent edge quality on a daily production schedule.A pre-milling unit sits at the start of the line and trims the panel edge before the band is applied. This gives the glue a clean, even surface to bond to, which supports a tighter and more uniform glue line. From there, the workpiece moves through the glue, pressing, end cutting, trimming and buffing units in sequence, so panels leave the machine ready for assembly.
